Billing
Wellness with NP Shan is a private-pay practice and does not accept or bill insurance. Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Zelle. Patients are responsible for all charges.

We understand the schedules can change. We kindly request at least 24 hour notice for cancelations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours noticed or missed without notice may be subject to a $50 cancelation/no show fee. The fee is the patient's responsibility and must be paid before scheduling another appointment.
